Zaycon Foods- Bringing you fresh, quality food!

I'm can be quite the picky person when it comes to buying meat, 

so meat shopping for a family of 6 can be quite expensive. Being the couponer that I am, I'm always on the look out for a good deal, but scoring good quality meat at a cheap price is almost impossible in the stores.

Last year, I saw a friend post about Zaycon Foods and the great deal she got on chicken she bought from them. I disregarded it, thinking "There is NO WAY that can be good". Then, I saw her post that she was making another purchase. This time it was bacon. (Who doesn't love bacon!) She posted about how wonderful it tasted, they wished they had bought more, etc etc. This peaked my curiosity. I checked out the site, but was still on the fence. Over the next couple months, I saw several friends begin to post about Zaycon Foods.

Finally, in October, I saw that a Zaycon Foods chicken event was coming to town. I decided to place an order and try it. Their chicken is sold by the case, which is sold in a 40lb box. Still being unsure of the quality, I split the order with a friend. Their chicken is 100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients. It comes directly from the processor and is never frozen. They have different locations around town, so we chose the one closest to us. We drove up to pick up the chicken and as we pulled into the line, we saw that it was being delivered out of the back of a large refrigerated semi. I immediately thought "What have we gotten into?!?!". When our time came, we pulled up to the truck. We never even had to get out of the vehicle. We were greeted by very friendly people who checked our paperwork. They loaded up the chicken FOR us! They even laid down plastic to protect our car. We got home and unpacked the chicken. Just LOOKING at the chicken, you can tell it's a high quality. Then came the taste test. I cooked some that night and we all gave it a definite thumbs up! Our family finished that 1/2 order within a couple months. It is by far the best tasting chicken we have ever bought. Since then, I have also tried the bacon and ground beef from Zaycon Foods and we love it! We only buy our  chicken, ground beef & bacon from Zaycon Foods now. Not only is it priced well, but the quality can't be beat.  If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out!!
